What regions of Chile do you work in?
We’re based in Santiago, but we carry out projects across all of Chile. Tell us your location and we’ll confirm timelines and conditions.
How long does an integration project take?
It depends on scope: an audio or CCTV installation in a single space can take days, while a full integration (audio, video, security, and lighting) in a building can take several weeks. We give you an estimated timeline at the design stage.
Do the systems come with a warranty?
Yes, the equipment we install carries the manufacturer’s warranty, and our installation work is backed as well. We detail the specific terms in every quote.
Can I integrate just one system, or do I have to hire everything at once?
You can start with a single system, for example just CCTV or just audio, and add others later. We design with future expansion in mind, so you don’t have to redo what’s already installed.
Do you maintain systems you didn’t install?
In most cases, yes, after reviewing the existing system. Tell us what you have installed and we’ll assess whether we can take over maintenance.
